Intensive Packages

Therapy intensives offer a different experience, giving yourself dedicated time for deeper processing, fewer interruptions, and the opportunity to build momentum that can be difficult to achieve in weekly sessions.

I offer a variety of preset intensive packages to address childhood trauma, perinatal mental health, and traumatic life events, as well as adjunct intensive therapy for those clients who have hit a sticking point in weekly therapy.

The Sticking Point

You can be making meaningful progress in therapy and still find yourself running into the same emotional roadblock. Maybe you understand where a pattern comes from but can't seem to change it, or there's a specific memory, belief, or fear that continues to get in the way. Designed for clients already working with another therapist, this intensive provides focused EMDR or ART processing to address a specific issue while you continue your ongoing therapeutic relationship. With your permission, I can collaborate with your primary therapist to help ensure the work complements and supports your existing treatment.

The Patterns We Carry

Sometimes the things we learned to do to survive childhood become the very patterns that keep us stuck as adults. Whether you struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, fear of abandonment, or difficulty trusting others, this intensive offers dedicated time to explore the experiences that shaped those responses. Using EMDR and/or Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), we'll work toward processing painful experiences, challenging deeply held beliefs, and creating space for healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

Past Tense

Sometimes one experience changes the way we see ourselves, other people, or the world around us. Whether you've experienced an accident, assault, medical emergency, or another distressing event, you may find yourself replaying what happened, avoiding reminders, or feeling like you haven't quite returned to yourself. This intensive uses EMDR and/or ART to target specific traumatic memories and reduce the emotional and physical distress connected to them, helping the experience feel more like something that happened in the past rather than something you're still living through.

Grief Without a Roadmap

Not all grief is recognized, understood, or given the space it deserves. Whether you've experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, pregnancy termination, or the loss of the future you imagined, reproductive grief can be profoundly isolating. This intensive offers dedicated time to process painful memories, make room for complicated emotions, and address the ways loss may have changed your sense of safety, identity, and hope. The goal isn't to move on or forget, but to find a way to carry your experience without feeling consumed by it.

The Weight of Waiting

Infertility can turn your life into an exhausting cycle of hope, disappointment, uncertainty, and waiting. Between appointments, treatments, pregnancy announcements, and the pressure to stay positive, there is often little room to process what you're actually going through. This intensive creates space to work through the emotional impact of infertility and fertility treatment, including medical trauma, fear of failure, loss of control, and the complicated relationship you may have developed with your body.
