Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a consult call by clicking the “Book Now” button at the top of the page—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

Do you offer on-call or emergency support?

Given the nature of this work, I may not be the best fit if you are in need of ongoing, on-call support or are currently in crisis. If that becomes clear during our consultation, I will work with you to identify referrals that can offer the level of care you need.

This is my first intensive. What should I expect?

Intensives are designed to provide focused, uninterrupted time to work through experiences that may feel stuck or unresolved. Unlike weekly therapy, this format allows us to move more deeply and efficiently, with space for both processing and integration.

All my intensive packages are structured to include an intake session, the intensive session - can be a half day, full day, or a custom schedule we create together to best fit your schedule and needs - and a follow up session. Breaks are given as needed, and there is a 60-minute mid-day break for all full day intensives.

For more information on intensives, please check out my Rapid Resolution Therapy page, or reach out to schedule a consultation here.

Do you accept my insurance?

For One-on-One Therapy sessions, I currently accept Aetna Health, Inc., BCBS, Carelon Behavioral Health, CIGNA, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Mass General Brigham Health Plan, OptumHealth, Tufts Health Plan, Unicare, and Well Sense Health Plan

Please note that insurance does not cover Intensive Sessions.

In what states do you offer therapy?

I am fully licensed in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Maine. If you are seeking in-person services, my office is located in Medway, MA.
