Supporting Therapists

I offer clinical supervision and consultation for therapists at various stages of their professional development, from those pursuing licensure to seasoned clinicians seeking specialized support. My approach is integrative, drawing from advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Perinatal Mental Health (PMH).

Supervision is collaborative and growth-oriented, with a focus on building clinical confidence, deepening case conceptualization, and supporting ethical, sustainable practice. Consultation is available for clinicians looking to refine trauma-informed work, expand their use of evidence-based modalities, navigate complex cases, or receive targeted, one-time support. I also support clinicians in starting and growing their own private practices, offering guidance on the clinical, logistical, and ethical considerations involved. I aim to create a space that is both supportive and appropriately challenging, where clinicians can strengthen their voice and clinical identity.
